• Online Inquiry: Contact person’s name, phone number, and email
• Service usage records, access logs, cookies, and IP addresses may also be collected.

2. Purpose of Collection and Use of Personal Information

• Used to respond to online inquiries, deliver information, and for marketing purposes.

3. Retention and Use Period of Personal Information

In principle, we delete personal information immediately after the purpose of collection is fulfilled. However, it may be retained for the period below:

A. Internal Policy

If the inquiry is still in progress or unresolved

To prevent improper use, resolve disputes, and cooperate with investigations, user information may be retained for 1 year from account termination.

B. Legal Requirements

• Contract or withdrawal of subscription - Retention: 5 years
• Payment and supply of goods - Retention: 5 years
• Customer complaints or dispute resolution - Retention: 3 years
• Access logs - Retention: 3 months

4. Destruction Procedure and Method

Personal information will be retained while users use the service. Once the purpose is fulfilled, it will be deleted.

Only authorized personnel can access this data. Printed output is not allowed unless approved.

Collected data is moved to a separate DB and deleted after a certain period per our policies.

Electronic files are deleted using technical methods that make recovery impossible.
