Genism Bio Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") values your personal information and complies with the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection.

Through this privacy policy, the Company informs you of the purpose and method of collecting personal information you provide and what measures are taken to protect your personal information.

1. Items and Methods of Personal Information Collection  
A. Items Collected  
· The Company collects the following personal information for online inquiries:  
- Online inquiries: Name, contact number, email address of the person in charge  
· During service use or business processing, service usage records, access logs, cookies, and IP addresses may be collected.

B. Method of Collection  
- Through forms on the online inquiry section of the website

2. Purpose of Collecting and Using Personal Information  
The Company uses the collected personal information for the following purposes:  
· To provide responses and information through online inquiries and for marketing purposes.

3. Retention and Use Period of Personal Information  
In principle, personal information is destroyed without delay once the purpose of collection and use is achieved. However, the following information is retained for the reasons stated below:

A. Information Retained per Company Policy  
If the business is ongoing or not completed after an online inquiry  
To prevent fraudulent reuse by delinquent users, resolve disputes, and cooperate with investigative agencies, user information may be retained for 1 year after contract termination.

B. Information Retained by Law  
Where retention is required by relevant laws such as the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce:  
· Records of contracts or withdrawal of subscription: 5 years  
· Records of payments and goods/service supply: 5 years  
· Records of consumer complaints or dispute resolution: 3 years  
· Access logs: 3 months

4. Procedures and Methods for Destruction of Personal Information  
The Company retains users’ personal information while they use services and uses it for service provision.  
Electronically stored information cannot be printed unless approved by the privacy officer.

Destruction procedures and methods:  
· Procedure  
Information entered by users for inquiries is moved to a separate DB (or document storage) after the purpose is achieved and destroyed after being stored for a certain period per policy and relevant laws.  
Information moved to a separate DB will not be used for purposes other than those permitted by law.

· Method  
Information in electronic form is deleted using technical methods that make data unrecoverable.

5. Provision of Personal Information  
The Company does not provide personal information to external parties, except in the following cases:  
· When prior consent is obtained from the user  
· When required by law or investigative agencies per due legal process

6. Outsourcing of Personal Information Handling  
The Company does not outsource personal information processing. If outsourcing is needed, we will inform you in advance and obtain your consent.

7. User and Legal Representative Rights  
· Users may view, edit, or request deletion of their registered information at any time.  
· Requests can be made via letter, phone, or email to the privacy officer.  
· Deleted information will be processed according to this policy and will not be used for other purposes.  
· Data subjects (or their legal representatives for users under 14) may exercise the following rights:  
- Request access to personal data  
- Request correction of errors  
- Request deletion  
- Request suspension of processing

8. Installation, Operation, and Rejection of Automatic Collection Devices  
The Company uses cookies to store and retrieve your information. Cookies are small text files sent by the server to your browser and stored on your hard disk.

- Analyze visit frequency and time, track user preferences, manage participation in events, and offer customized services

- Note: Blocking cookies may limit service availability.
